How credits work
You only use credits when you save or export qualified prospects. One credit covers one prospect record with the available public business details, website status, review signals, and export-ready fields.
On a monthly plan, your credits refresh on your renewal date. The $49 Agency plan gives you 250 credits each month. If a search for “plumbers in Austin” produces 45 records and you save all 45, that uses 45 credits and leaves 205 for the rest of the month. Monthly credits refresh at the start of each billing period and do not roll over.
Credits from one-time packs work differently. They never expire and are never reset, and we always spend your monthly credits before touching them.
