Digital software and credits
LocaMapHQ is a digital software product. Credits, subscriptions, exports, and account access may be available immediately after purchase, so purchases are generally non-refundable after access, usage, or export unless required by law.
Billing errors
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us within 7 days of the charge. We review duplicate charges, incorrect plan charges, failed access, and billing mistakes case by case.
Cancellations
You may cancel ongoing access to stop future renewals where subscriptions apply. Cancellation does not automatically refund previous charges, used credits, exported leads, partial months, or completed purchases.
No outcome-based refunds
LocaMapHQ helps organize local prospect research. We do not offer refunds because outreach did not produce leads, clients, rankings, revenue, replies, or appointments.
