Use of the Software
LocaMapHQ provides local lead research, city and industry search, public business signal review, saved prospect, and export workflow features. You are responsible for reviewing all prospect data and deciding whether and how to use it before outreach.
User Responsibilities
You may not use LocaMapHQ for illegal, confidential, unauthorized, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity. You may not scrape private data, spam, impersonate platforms or businesses, bypass third-party platform rules, or use exported information in violation of applicable laws or outreach requirements.
Credits, Payments, and Exports
Credits and paid access are digital software purchases. Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment processor. You are responsible for your account activity, exports, and any downstream use of prospect lists in your CRM, outreach tool, or internal workflow.
No Guaranteed Outcomes
LocaMapHQ does not guarantee leads, clients, rankings, revenue, outreach results, complete data, perfect contact accuracy, appointments, contracts, or business outcomes. Results depend on targeting, offer quality, market timing, outreach practices, follow-up, and data availability.
Third-Party Services
The service may rely on hosting, payment, analytics, email, business data, and infrastructure providers. Third-party services can change, become unavailable, or have their own terms. LocaMapHQ is independent and is not affiliated with Google or Google Business Profile.
Limitation of Liability
LocaMapHQ is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, LocaMapHQ and Wade Digital are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, lost-profit, lost-revenue, lost-data, outreach, or business interruption damages.
